Miniatures for Flute (2015)

 

        These miniatures are an exploration of the versatility of the flute. In the first movement, the flute displays its agility through quick and angular motion. The second movement allows the flute to demonstrate it's lyrical side. To end the miniatures is an improvisation that explores contemporary techniques for the flute.
